TAKE THE INSOLE OUT OF YOUR SHOE .PLACE THE SPENCO HEEL CUSHION IN THE HEEL AREA OF THE SHOE. THEN, REPLACE THE INSOLE IN THE SHOE…THE INSOLE KEEPS THE SPENCO HEEL CUSHION IN PLACE AND YOU CAN START WALKING AGAIN….BUT, IF YOU STILL HAVE PAIN,SEE A PODIATRIST .DON’T TRY TO LIVE WITH IT,IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE THE LONGER YOU WAIT.

These things are a pain to keep in place and cannot be used unless you tape it to your foot. Impossible to use, please don’t be cheap like me and buy a full insole, you will thank me.

These insoles worked great. I was only having pain in 1 heel. I tried the complete shoe insole, but it made all of my shoes fit too tight. I then tried the heel insoles, which is what was recommended by a podiatrist friend. After several weeks of wearing them, all of my heel pain is gone.
